DUPLEXING
A disk drive redundancy methodology where the server contains two disk controllers connected to separate disk drives. Data is written through the separate controllers to the disk drives, providing redundancy. Because separate disk controllers are used, this process requires less overhead than mirroring and a higher of redundancy.
